Ingrediente (pentru 2 portii):
- 1/3 telina
- rosii cherry
- 1 morcov
- 1/2 ardei rosu
- 100 gr. ciuperci
- o ceapa mica
- 100 gr. sunca (eu am folosit 2 buc. carne de porc ramasa de la friptura)
- 2 ling.ulei
- zeama de la 1/2 lamaie
- sare, piper, partrunjel uscat
- crutoane de paine prajita

Telina si morcovul se dau pe razatoarea mica, ardeiul si carnita/sunca se taie cubulete, ceapa se taie julien, rosiile se pot pune intregi sau taiate iar ciupercile se taie in 4 sau in 8 (inainte se oparesc in apa cu sare).

Peste salata se adauga un dressing din ulei, zeama de lamaie, sare, piper si patrunjel uscat . Se amesteca bine si serveste cu crutoane de paine prajita
