- intr-o cratita se incinge putin ulei
- se adauga 2 ling de faina si se rumenesc putin dupa care se pun 2-3 ling. de pasta de tomate
- se amesteca bine dupa care se stinge cu 1 1/2 cana de apa
- se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, se adauga si o lingura de zahar, foi de dafin si se lasa sa fiarna pt, aprox. 5 min.
- daca sosul se ingroasa prea tare se mai poate adauga putina apa.
