Ingrediente pentru blat:
- 4 oua
- 4 linguri de zahar
- 10 linguri nuca macinata
- 6 linguri faina
- 1 praf de copt
- 8 linguri cafea tare+1 lingurita ness

- faina se amesteca cu nuca macinata si cu praful de copt
- albusele se bat spuma tare cu un praf de sare
- galbenusele se amesteca cu zaharul, cafeaua si nesul, pana ce zaharul se dizolva.

- in albusele batute spuma se adauga cate putin din amestecul de galbenusuri si faina+nuca si se amesteca incet de jos in sus.
- se tapeteaza tava cu hartie de copt, se pune compozitia si se da la cutorulincins la 200 de grade pentru aprox. 20 de min.

Pentru crema am folosit urmatoarele ingrediente:
- 300 ml lapte
- 2 galbenuse de ou
- 4 linguri de faina+1 lingura de amidon
- 100 gr. unt
- 10-12 linguri de zahar
- o esenta de vanilie

- se adauga restul de lapte, dupa care se transfera pe bain-marie si se lasa cam 10-15 min. pana ce crema incepe sa se ingroase.
- dupa ce am luat crema se pe foc se acopera cu folie sa nu prinda crusta si se lasa sa se raceasca
- cand sa racit se adauga untul si esenta de vanilie.
